RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us and receive a full refund including any standard shipping costs you paid with the purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item you are returning must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returning your purchase is simple. Please let us know by email if possible that you are returning the item(s) quoting your order number. If you could tell us the reason for the return this would be really helpful.
Once you have done this, please re-pack the item(s) so they ship safely, and return them to us by your preferred method. Please remember to include the order number so we know it's from you.

Please note that while we will refund any standard shipping costs you paid for delivery of your order, we do not refund the cost of returning items.
There are certain situations where we will not provide a refund as follows:-

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any cosmetic, beauty or wellbeing product that has been opened.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take credit card companies and banks several days to officially post refunds.

We regret we cannot accept returns of Sale or discounted items.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Unfortunately things don't always go as planned and items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace/exchange it for you. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery. GIFTS
If you wish to return an item that was purchased as a gift by another party and shipped directly to you, you can choose to receive a gift certificate for the value of the item you are returning. Please be sure to let us know otherwise the refund will be processed back to the original payee.
